October County Proclamations
At their regular meeting on Tuesday, October 7, County Commissioners recognized three important October public awareness initiatives: Bullying Prevention Month, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

County communications administrator Jenn Peterson presented the Breast Cancer Awareness Month proclamation and was joined with Ouray County EMS personnel, county emergency manager, Glenn Boyd, and commissioners Michelle Nauer and Jake Niece to show their support.
Ouray County Victim Services Advocate, Tabitha, presented the Domestic Violence Awareness Month proclamation and was supported with Sheriff Perry.
