Ouray County Response Fund (OCRF) and Property Tax Fund

OCRF is a fund specifically for Ouray County residents, created by local donors and Ouray County to provide emergency assistance to individuals facing unexpected hardships. OCRF can help with both daily needs and property tax relief for eligible residents who have lived in Ouray County for at least one year.

• Available to individuals who live in Ouray County for at least 1 year.
• Reapplication allowed after 12 months.
• Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC):
• Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP):
  LEAP applications are now being accepted for the current heating season.
