Prior to accepting any new single family dwelling building permit application, you must schedule a pre-application conference with the Building Official.
Effective January 1, 2011, Ouray County adopted the 2006 International Residential Code (IRC). Implementation of the 2006 IRC could mean changes to both design and construction of residential structures. If you are an architect or builder, please take the time to familiarize yourself with these new regulations.
