Pursuant to the Colorado Noxious Weed Act, Title 35, Article 5.5, the Ouray County Board of County Commissioners has scheduled a public hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. on March 20, 2018 at the Ouray County Land Use / Road and Bridge Facility Conference Room, to entertain public comment on the revised Ouray County Noxious Weed Management Plan as recommended by the Weed Board.
Please send written comments by Thursday, March 15, 2018, to Hannah Hollenbeck, Deputy Clerk of the Board, Ouray County, P.O. Box C, Ouray, CO 81427, or by email to email@example.com. Alternatively, written and/or oral testimony will be taken from the public during the public hearing. Action may be taken to adopt the plan at the end of the hearing.
