Join the West Central Public Health Partnership, Montrose Memorial Hospital, and Western State Colorado University Extended Studies at the Behavioral Health Integration Symposium on Friday, June 9, 2017!

Primary Care Settings have become a gateway for many individuals with behavioral health and primary care needs. To address these needs, many primary care providers are integrating behavioral health care services into their setting. See how behavioral health care services are being integrated into primary care in Western Colorado and learn how you can take part! Primary care physicians, behavioral health specialists, nurse practitioners, physicians assistants, and clinic managers are encouraged to attend. There will be 3.5 hours of continuing medical education credit available through Montrose Memorial Hospital.
